This policy outlines your rights around receiving a refund or replacement of faulty products purchased from eCompliance. All products sold on our website (ecompliancegroup.co.uk) are downloadable and therefore non refundable, as the usual 14 day cooling off period under the Consumer Contract Regulations is waived.
Request a Replacement or Refund
If an item is faulty you can request a replacement or refund in line with this policy by calling our team on 020 8050 0150, or emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that any refunds issued are at the discretion of eCompliance, and only issued if we cannot replace the faulty products.
If we decide to issue a refund, there are no charges levied in relation to providing this, and monies will be returned using the same method in which the payment was made. Please be aware refunds can take from 5–7 working days dependant on your bank or card issuer. If you are awaiting a refund and it has passed this window please contact our support team as soon as possible.
At eCompliance we are committed to ensuring we comply with all relevant laws related to providing refunds to clients, however as we sell digital products including documents and templates, we have to let clients know that any copies of these cannot be kept, and you will lose your licence to use these products should you be issued with a refund.
Customers found to be using these products in any way after receiving a refund, including but not limited to: holding or making copies of products, adapting, creating derivative works from or commercially exploiting these will result in legal proceedings.
